In 2020, up to 500 children are expected to come into care and Essex County Council needs new foster carers to help transform children’s lives.
Unlike other agencies, essex County Council are a not for profit organisation and therefore our only motivation is the wellbeing of vulnerable children in Essex.
You do not need any specfic qualifications to become a foster carer; just time, patience, a spare room and a commitment to improving children’s lives.
